Northfield Dental

A redesign concept for a dated clinic website. Same business, same content, but now it answers patients' real questions and leads to a booking.

This is a self-initiated concept. Northfield Dental (a fictional clinic) is not a real client. We built it to show how we approach this kind of problem, so there are no client metrics to report.

01

The problem

Typical clinic sites lead with a stock photo and a welcome paragraph, and hide the three things patients look for: what it costs, when they can be seen, and how to book. On mobile, the phone number is often an image.

02

The approach

Rebuild the information architecture around patient intent: treatments with honest price ranges, next available appointment, location and a single booking action that stays reachable on mobile.

03

The experience

  • A before/after comparison you can drag to see what changed.
  • Treatment pages with “from” prices and what's included.
  • A sticky “Book a visit” bar on mobile, within thumb reach.
  • Tap-to-call and maps that work on a phone.

04

The engineering

Built for slow phones

Static generation, responsive images and almost no client JavaScript. The page is readable before the fonts finish loading.

Local SEO

Dentist structured data, opening hours, and one page per treatment so search engines can match what patients search for.

05

The result

As a concept, this has no client results, and we won't make any up. What it does show is how the product works, and you can try that yourself.
